| Salary £43,421 - £48,474 Per annum | Permanent, Full Time, 37 hours per week | Preston & Skelmersdale |

This is an exciting opportunity to manage a dynamic and forward-thinking service, contributing to a wide range of areas, including equipment and adaptations, assistive technologies, moving and handling and specialist seating.

The successful applicant will be an experienced occupational therapist with extensive knowledge and experience of working with complex conditions, and the skills to help shape the integration of health and social care, improving the quality of life for our service users by focusing on prevention, promoting and supporting independence, and improving overall wellbeing.

You will demonstrate leadership, delegation and communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritising service demands.

The team is based across 2 locations in Preston and Skelmersdale, therefore, you will be expected to travel between both bases to ensure support and effective management of both teams
