James Adams is recruiting a Community Manager to join one of our clients. They are a fast-growth startup (Series A) that launched a leading mobile app with over 10 million monthly users across 180 countries, and growing!

They have a growing team of over 30 and now they are looking to hire a Community Manager, to help grow and build their community!

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely and learn from the Community Lead and help contribute to the broader business goals which are to empowers entrepreneurs, small businesses, and merchants to easily create images that sell without any training, using deep learning to translate pixels into objects, simplifying tasks such as removing backgrounds from images or removing objects.

This is a remote role, with a trip to their Paris office (once a month or more, completely up to you!) all expenses paid for!

The ideal Community Manager will be someone who ready to learn, passionate and has a demonstrable experience in community management.

As Community Manager you will:

• With the Community Lead's help, grow and build community!
• You will be strategically implementing omni-channel social media campaigns
• You will be responding to user comments, queries and moderate platforms.
• You will be working with different teams across the business to ensure brand consistency
• You will be building relationships within the community to encourage user engagement and content.

About you:

• You have demonstrable experience in community management and development
• You have experience across online forums, launching event series, email newsletters, etc for users.
• You have a grounded understanding of social media platforms and trends
• You are analytical and have experience tracking relevant community metrics.
• You are community focused and obsessed with making sure you are promoting positive relationships with influencers and community members.
• Keen to grow and learn under one of the best Community Leads in the industry!

• Salary up to £55k per annum (for the right person our client could go higher)

Our client is flexible and offers remote work from anywhere in Europe but is ideally looking for English speakers as the whole team speaks English as the main language.
