About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Communications Consultant with an interest in pensions communications and a commitment to delivering clear, engaging content for workplace pension scheme members. This role is ideal for an early-career professional looking to develop expertise and contribute to the success of our Client Communications Team.
You will join a growing team and collaborate with colleagues across the business to create communications that educate and engage members.
This position offers excellent opportunities to build your pension communication skills while working alongside the Head of Client Communications, seven Communications Consultants, five Creative Communications Consultants, and our Digital team to deliver solutions for clients across the Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with consultants and creative teams to deliver projects across print and digital channels.
- Merge data into communications and manage distribution.
- Coordinate with suppliers, including print management.
- Engage with clients to develop communication solutions and build client management skills.
- Assist with data management and analytics.
- Support marketing initiatives.
Your Profile
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, tailored to different audiences.
- Interest in pensions communications and willingness to learn.
- Experience working with pension schemes or related fields (beneficial but not essential).
- Ability to work collaboratively with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail in writing, editing, and proofing documents.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and prioritize effectively.
- Willingness to contribute ideas for process improvements.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign and data analysis (beneficial but not essential).
