Sitting at the heart of a matrix organisation, you'll collaborate with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external partners to ensure our messages land with clarity, consistency, and impact.

- Stakeholder collaboration - Work across functions, regions, and leadership levels to deliver aligned, impactful communications.
- Project leadership - Drive communication projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines, tone, and outcomes meet business goals.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in a communications, PR, or media role within a complex, global or matrix organisation.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills with an eye for detail.
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills - comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience in the automotive sector (advantageous but not essential).
