As the Internal Communications & Engagement Manager, you will be:

• Build connections and develop strategies that will bring teams together, fostering collaboration and promoting the concept of "internal customer" for a more inclusive work environment
• Creating, crafting and inspiring dynamic content -newsletters, video clips, posters-that keeps everyone engaged and informed
• Influence how we communicate social values, sustainability, and employee wellbeing in all that we do.
• Streamline communication channels for consistent, inclusive messaging
• Boosting morale and celebrating employees through targeted initiatives, tracking metrics, analysing feedback, and exploring innovative ideas to support positive change

To be considered for the Internal Communications & Engagement Manager, you will need:

• Previous communications management experience
• Experience in producing communication strategies and engaging content
• Skilled in employee engagement with expertise in managing communication channels
• Analytical skills, with a focus on measuring and enhancing communication effectiveness
• Committed to inclusivity and fostering a positive workplace culture

Key Highlights:

• Full time - 37 hours per week, 2 days in the Conwy office and 3 days remote, plus the chance to visit various sites
• Based in Conwy Offices or one of their other locations Bangor/Conwy/Halkyn/Llandrindod/Newtown and Aberaeron
• Temporary - 6 months initially
• Competitive salary in the region of £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience
