Summary

The Communications and Sales Director leads on the strategic planning of Wiltshire Creative's overall communications, marketing, sales and audience development and plays a central role in income generation for the theatre. They work closely with the Executive Director and Artistic Director to develop and articulate Wiltshire Creative's brand position and visual identity. A key member of Wiltshire Creative's Senior Management Team, the Communications and Sales Director contributes to the overall strategic development of the organisation as well as leading the Communications and Sales department.

About You

• You will have significant marketing and communications experience

• You will be a creative and imaginative strategist

• You will have a proven ability to effectively interpret marketing and audience data

• You will have experience of budget management

• You will be capable of providing strong leadership with the ability to manage, develop and motivate your teams

• Experience of working at senior level in a marketing position within an arts or culture environment will be an advantage
