DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Communications and Engagement Manager to play a vital role acting as a trusted advisor to the business, while aligning HR activities to the business strategy.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties you will

• Collaborate with management to provide communication support and advice focused on enhancing employee engagement
• Oversee the regular communications cycle, including organising town halls, focus groups, and one-on-one meetings.
• Utilise various internal media channels to ensure messages are effectively communicated and understood across all levels.
• Lead efforts to enhance local communications and the engagement and wellbeing committee, encouraging colleague participation.

• Previous HR experience within a logistics business would be desirable - desirable
• Ability to provide project management support - essential
• Previous business change experience - TUPE, redundancies, restructures, challenges - desirable
• A can do attitude with enthusiasm to learn - essential
