As the Communications Manager, your role is to help bring to life our shared commitments and set of values via high quality content creation, copy and creativity.

With corporate and leisure clients across the UK&I, Restaurant Associates is the leading premium hospitality provider with an ethos drawn from our history of fine and high-quality dining in London and New York.

We are looking for a new member of our family who will join us in inspiring our clients, end-consumers, and the marketing team to do great things at work. You will report to our Marketing Director and work with our team of agencies and marketing experts.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing all central Compass and external pr agencies to drive positive press coverage in key UK targets
  • Creating engaging content, including blogs, articles, videos, imagery and web copy that captures the essence of our Restaurant Associates brand, including:
  • Restaurant Associates Group activities, new clients and other inspiring news stories
  • Supplier food and drink provenance stories; sustainability and value-led stories
  • Awards, acknowledgements, and Restaurant Associates Group celebrations
  • Building networks with Restaurant Associates Group leadership so that you can identify the content that you believe represents who we are as a brand.
  • Create and own a tone and style of content that appropriately represents Restaurant Associates as a brand.
  • Managing Restaurant Associates digital and online platforms including our website and social media channels - including responding to enquiries and posts.
  • Providing the Business Development team with compelling digital collateral to improve client engagement and win over new clients.
  • Managing ongoing partnerships with our high-profile restaurant partners eg. Glyndebourne, Unity Place, as well as external content producers such as our PR agencies.

Work collaboratively with your Restaurant Associates Group colleagues to ensure best practice is being shared and followed
