With the upcoming launch of our exciting new menu at our Coventry Grosvenor Casino, now is the perfect time to join us. You'll play a huge part in delivering a tasty new menu, along side a growing Food & Beverage team.

As a Commis Chef you will be an integral part of the kitchen team, helping the operation to run smoothly throughout your shift. You'll have knowledge of all equipment and be able to use it safely and effectively. Once trained, you'll assist in food preparation and production and awareness of knife usage and safety.#LI-CW1#LI-Onsite

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you'll ideally have NVQ Level 2 in Hospitalityor other relevant kitchen qualification. However, if you've learned your craft on the job and have perfected your skills without formal qualifications - we'd love to chat to you too!
