  1. Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth within your assigned

area.

2. Development of an opportunity pipeline through targeting, Main Contractors and M&E

Subcontractors.

3. Responsible for the creation of end customer specification with Medium / Large Plumbing

Contractors and M/E Contractors, to develop relationships and tender documents for the

securing of Specifications.

4. Work closely with M&E contractors, providing specification solutions, solving problems &

breaking specifications where possible.

5. Developing and sustaining long term business relationships. Acting as a brand ambassador.

6. To identify & create new specification opportunities for the entire range of RWC Products and

drive new customer acquisitions.

7. Communicating product Specifications to internal teams, suppliers and customers (Merchants),

to ensure a seamless/reliable offer is maintained.

8. Monitor and analyse competitor Products, activity and specifications feedback intel where

appropriate.

9. Provide where possible technical support to customers regarding product specification and if

necessary, passing more complex technical enquiries to the relevant internal channel.

10. To keep the opportunities pipeline and customer activity on the companies CRM (SFDC) up to

date. Managing projects from inception, including updating meeting notes, strategies to secure

the order and forecasting expected project start dates. Uploading of projects and opportunities

to be in line with the company's procedure to ensure uniformity across our project tracking and

CRM system.

11. Work closely with the CAD teams to ensure efficient delivery of customer requirements from a

design and take off perspective.

12. Work closely and pass any relevant information to Area Sales Managers to pick up with project

specifications via their sub-contractors, ensuring specifications are met, RWC products are used

and all stock is in place at distribution to meet build programmes.

13. Systematically work through the Consultant register targeting consultants within your

geographical area in order to deliver accredited training and delivering companies CPD

seminars securing product specification

14. Responsible for maximising our specification opportunities, Identifying and selecting relevant projects to follow up, using Barbour ABI, trade publications and relevant leads including BIM store and event leads.

15. Work alongside the Sales Managers to enhance our relationships within the Key merchant distributors associated to Building Services, such as WUK (Pipe Centres), BSS, TP, TGL, SBS and Oliver Ashworth's, generating leads, increasing our identity and enhancing the sales opportunity via collaboration. Whilst continuing to call on all branches associated to these accounts, within your geographical area.

16. Retain any knowledge about relevant building regulations related to the construction industry feedback intel to business and capture within company CRM.

17. Work towards targets in line with company objectives and achieve performance KPI's as set by line manager.

18. Hosting customers at events and delivering accredited training, delivering companies CPD seminars. Responsible for contribution to achieving the Reliance Valve sales budget with analysis of sales out data to highlight performance.

19. Sector Exhibition networking and lead generation.

20. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
