WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
We are looking for someone like you to help us deliver a taste of Sweden and a great customer experience with high quality, sustainable food. You will contribute to a passionate and friendly team to deliver a better everyday life for the many, while embracing change with a solution-orientated mindset. This is an extremely fast paced working environment and requires you to multitask, producing and serving food with regular heavy lifting.

• Experience in leading a multi-faceted high-volume business.
• Ability to handle multiple topics and changing priorities/deadlines.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
We are a diverse group of people who all live by the motto: Laughter is brightest in the place where the food is! Together we serve more than 660 million customers yearly at the IKEA restaurants worldwide and offer a variety of foods in our bistros and in the "Swedish Food Market".
• Ensure the commercial agenda by securing that retail foundations and sales steering tools, food safety and Swedishness is in place
• Lead and implement the commercial strategy and commercial calendar in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
• Lead the implementation of the stores IKEA Retail Food communication strategy
• Develop and improve by seeking and acting upon customer feedback
• Ensure that the customer restaurant is in shape as new, common store planning solutions and vitality packages are implemented
• Secure that excellence in operations and high quality standards of customer experience in the customer and co-worker restaurant and optimised levels of commerciality are achieved by cooperating effectively with the Kitchen Production Manager
