About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Portfolio Manager to manage and grow assigned accounts across a portfolio of leading commercial real estate owners. In this role, you will focus on expanding the footprint of SwiftConnect products across global owner portfolios, increasing user adoption, and enabling a seamless credentialing experience for tenants.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for property managers, asset managers, and technology partners, ensuring successful product launches, renewals, and long-term satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Growth:

- Manage and grow relationships with assigned base building accounts.

- Drive product adoption and expansion within Owner portfolios and individual buildings.

- Lead initiatives to enable base building wallet credentials for all tenants.

- Manage tenant expansion efforts ("Street-to-Seat") within assigned accounts.

Renewals & Retention:

- Lead landlord renewal efforts in coordination with internal teams.

- Ensure timely renewals and high customer satisfaction across all assigned properties.

New Business Development - Landlords & Base Building Systems:

- Identify and target new landlord prospects to drive adoption of SwiftConnect's base building solutions

- Build strategic relationships with ownership groups, asset managers, and property decision-makers to introduce and position SwiftConnect offerings.

- Lead outreach efforts and presentations to prospective landlords, leveraging case studies and success metrics from existing accounts.

- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and leadership teams to develop tailored go-to-market strategies for new landlord accounts.

- Support pilots and proof-of-concept deployments to establish SwiftConnect's value and expand into broader portfolios.

Partner & Stakeholder Engagement:

- Build and maintain strong local relationships with strategic partners, including CRE partners, HID, Allegion, Wavelynx, Apple, and Google.

- Serve as the go-to liaison for property managers, asset managers, and operational teams.

- Support corporate-level relationships alongside SwiftConnect leadership as needed.

Customer Interaction & Events:

- Conduct 8-10 customer meetings per week, with a strong preference for in-person engagements.

- Host and coordinate on-site property events, product launches, and tenant activations.

- Act as the face of SwiftConnect at key property events and partner functions.

Pipeline Management & Internal Coordination:

- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline, ensuring timely tracking of opportunities, renewals, and expansion efforts.

- Regularly update internal systems, including Salesforce, to reflect account activity, meeting outcomes, and pipeline status.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on account strategy and execution.

£50,000 - £65,000 a year

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or business development, ideally within PropTech, Real Estate, or SaaS.

- Proven track record of managing enterprise or multi-site accounts.

- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.

- Experience working with commercial real estate stakeholders (owners, property managers, asset managers).

- Knowledge of access control, digital credentials, or related technologies is a plus.

- Ability to travel regularly for in-person meetings and events.
