As a Commercial Manager - Sales Support GSO, you will play a crucial role in managing customer and commercial master data, analysing commercial-related data, and implementing best practices to drive excellence in our commercial and customer output. You will be the single point of contact for GSO Commercial and Customer Master Data topics and will collaborate with other departments to support the growth of capacity and sales revenue. This role requires a strong commercial understanding, knowledge of the GSO business, and experience in SAP and associated processes. How You Will Make an Impact

• Take full ownership of specified product(s) related to customer and commercial master data, including price list management, pricing analysis, customer master ownership, and development of automation tools for standard service products such as e-commerce and EDI.

• Manage changes to processes, ensuring quality of input and output, and analyze master data to ensure smooth integration between different systems. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues.

• Analyze commercial-related data, including historical data, to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide insights on product and process achievements. Regularly compile data for upper management or board meetings to aid in decision-making.

• Implement best practices from Siemens and the wider organization into GSO service process implementation.

• Improve processes and strategies to strive for excellence in all commercial and customer output.

• Act as a single point of contact for GSO Commercial and Customer Master Data topics.

• Maintain commonality across SGT to ensure shared and correct processes and material output between products.

• Liaise with other departments to support the growth of capacity and ultimately SGT GSO sales and revenue.

• Develop necessary analysis tools to further simplify GSO's journey.

• Support Tendering and order book activity as required, including leading complex projects related to the product.

What You Bring:

• Degree qualified or able to demonstrate suitable qualifications through experience.

• A strong commercial understanding with knowledge of the GSO business.

• Strong knowledge and experience in SAP and associated processes, with a SAP development mindset.

• Continuous improvement and process development attitude.

• Self-motivated and results-driven.
