Step into the role of Commercial Product Manager at Siemens Energy, where every single day presents an exciting opportunity to innovate and lead. You will be at the forefront of commercialising new growth products within our SGT business. By collaborating closely with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and R&D teams, you will define and own the service strategy for new products. Your day will be filled with critical thinking, market analysis, and driving product development from concept to market launch. This role offers an outstanding blend of critical thinking and hands-on implementation, ensuring you make a tangible impact every single day.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Identify and develop long-term growth opportunities and road maps to enhance sales and drive overall growth, while collaborating with partners to standardise processes within SE GS D GSO and SE GS D SGT.
- Drive innovation to create customer value and commercialise new product developments, while tracking and measuring outcomes to support product investments.
- Contribute to the product road-map for current and future offerings, acting as a single point of contact for specified SGT products, including those related to digitalisation.
- Develop and implement strategies for service products to enhance order potential and gross margin within Global Service Operations (GSO), while fully owning product-related documentation and sales training materials.
- Coordinate R&D project service products, lead the Product Improvement Process (PIP) and Product Development Process (PDP), and manage Salesforce product line campaigns to support sales development activities and ensure competitive pricing.
What You Bring
- A degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Proven track record in sales, technical, project management, or business development, preferably within the gas turbine industry.
- Strong technical knowledge and commercial understanding with a deep familiarity with SGT service products.
- Demonstrable success in leading multi-disciplinary project teams and driving impactful organisational change.
- Outstanding ability to build and maintain successful internal and external customer relationships.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and achieve targets effectively.
