Commercial Partnership Manager - Private Luxury Events

Chancery Lane, City of London

Reporting to: Senior Commercial Partnership Manager

Hybrid (minimum of 5 days over 2 weeks in London Office)

Role Type: Full Time, 35 hours

Salary: c.£42k plus commission

We have an opportunity for a Commercial Partnership Manager to join Private Luxury Events, a division of Worldwide Events.

The company is an established front-runner of the Meeting & Incentive, Luxury, and Romantic Travel sectors with events hosted in destinations such as Dubai, Ibiza, Istanbul, Seville, Oslo, The Bahamas and Mexico.

The Role

We are looking for an exceptional, highly motivated sales professional to join our Private Luxury Division. Reporting into the Senior Commercial Partnership Manager, this position will be responsible for all partnerships across the Private Luxury division; you will be focussed on building long term relationships with global luxury brands.

There will be international travel to our events, attendance of industry trade shows and the possibility of occasional face-to-face sales trips as we evolve in the future.

Additionally, you will:

  • Work with the Senior Commercial Partnership Manager on all additional partnerships through brands for TFest and all other Private Luxury events
  • Manage all Global Village (exhibition space) partnerships into TFest
  • Responsible for working directly with the Senior Commercial Partnership Manager on the right brand proposition and commercial model
  • Responsible for achieving all brand revenue targets and looking at additional revenue streams
  • Account manage all branded tables that come under partnerships and collaborate with the individual sales team on upselling into other events where there isn't a partnership

Due to the nature of the events industry, you may occasionally be required to work outside of hours to meet deadlines.

About you

To be considered as Commercial Partnership Manager, you will need:

  • Proven sales experience of 5+ years
  • To have worked on previous high level partnership sales projects
  • Demonstratable experience within the luxury travel sector
  • Experience within the B2B travel trade sector
  • A passion for travel
