Responsibilities

  • Be the primary contact for day-to-day operational communications with assigned customers.
  • Maintain compliance with customer and airline service requirements.
  • Track SLAs and generate ancillary revenue.
  • Develop resolution strategies for overall success.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide operational updates and engage in conference calls.
  • Support the Commercial Team in key customer meetings.

KPI'S:

  • Compliance with key customer KPI (SLA)
  • Achieve Revenue Target KPIs
  • Achieve Targeted NPS scores by customer
  • Maintain & Grow existing customer contracts / Business opportunities
  • Reduce Penalties paid to customer YoY
  • Delivery of cost control
  • Acknowledged 'expert' in Customer & Swissport relationship and commercial agreement

  • Skilled at building strong connections both internally and externally.

  • Able to manage and hold stakeholders accountable.
  • Outstanding customer service and effective communication skills.
  • Analytical thinker with root cause analysis abilities.
  • Skilled at defusing potential situations.
  • Thrives under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Meticulous and precise.
  • Knowledge of airport and airline operations.
  • Computer literate (MS Office).
  • Mobility for travel between Swissport sites and Airline Head Offices.

Desirable Skills:

  • Understanding of the UK & Ireland ground handling market.
  • Previous success in Airport or Ground Handling operations.
  • Experience in Customer Account Management.
  • Familiarity with IATA SGHA.
