As part of the CWA, we're delivering vital infrastructure that will help shape the UK's energy future. Sizewell C is a 3.2-gigawatt nuclear power station that will provide clean, low-carbon electricity to around 6 million homes for at least 60 years. This is your opportunity to join a highly skilled, mission-driven team contributing to a once-in-a-generation project.

You'll provide strong leadership to the commercial team and be instrumental in ensuring cost-efficiency, commercial risk management, and stakeholder satisfaction - while maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the preparation of commercial reports and earned value assessments
- Overseeing procurement planning and supply chain performance
- Leading change control and managing commercial risk and opportunity
- Supporting recruitment, performance management, and development of commercial staff
- Providing input into estimating, value engineering, and planning functions
- Supporting dispute resolution and liaising with legal and contractual experts
- Driving Zero Harm initiatives and embedding a strong safety culture
We're looking for someone who brings:
- Proven experience in commercial management on large-scale infrastructure or civils projects
- Strong capability in contract negotiation, risk management, and change control
- A commercial mindset with the ability to balance detail with strategic priorities
- A collaborative, people-first approach to leadership and team development
- Confidence in managing interfaces with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Knowledge of civil engineering technical solutions and procurement strategies
If you want to be part of a high-performing team delivering one of the most ambitious infrastructure programmes in the UK, we'd love to hear from you.
