About the role

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Backyard Team Leader at our potato processing site in Boston, Lincolnshire.

As a Senior Backyard Team Leader you are expected to manage day to day operation of the Intake and Grading department maximising output, whilst ensuring equipment and staff are working safely and effectively.

You are also responsible for the organisation of the Backyard area inc. Coldstores with knowledge of onsite stocks through liaison with the Stock Controller.

Expected Start Date: Immediate.

Hours of work: 08:00 hrs to 16:30 hrs, Monday to Friday - Fixed Shift

Salary: £13.22 per hour
