Acting in the best interests of the company, winning new work and managing the commercial performance of the Master Trades Division ensuring robust contractual and financial control, reducing risk, maximize opportunity and achieving consistent positive levels of profitability. An overarching requirement is to manage and develop your teams to ensure they attain the highest level of financial awareness and are committed to enhancing the reputation of the Company.

The responsibilities we'll trust you with:

  • You'll maintain a healthy pipeline and planned turnover.
  • You'll externally present and promote the Master trades division in a positive way.
  • You'll enhance company reputation and secure ongoing project opportunities.
  • You'll operate effective and tight controls on the commercial and construction performance of all projects.
  • You'll be responsible for the issue of the cash flow forecasts to the Commercial Director.
  • You'll report to Group Directors Quarterly from a operational & financial perspective for all projects.
  • You'll be able to keep tight control on a high number of variations on a large number of ongoing projects.
  • You'll pay regular visits to site as well as liaising directly with project teams to maintain relationships and develop performance.
