Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial this role is critical you will be a trusted advisor both to internal and external stakeholders with a relentless eye to detail providing but not limited to commercial solutions (creative commercial solutions), financial, analytical business insight- Working with sales you need to have superior relationship skills managing the healthy tension between winning in the market and ensuring sound decision making and profitable growth.
We are looking for an inquisitive and highly commercially focussed Commercial Manager with a can-do attitude who can demonstrate our company's core values and behaviours while driving business performance, customer and quality excellence and the engagement of our colleagues.
Your responsibilities day to day will be...
- Subject Matter Expert for Telecommunication products , ensuring continuous improvement, standardization, and harmonization of solution pricing processes.
- Work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders to provide commercial insight and analytical support for new business investment opportunities through the Acquisition and In-life teams.
- Support and enable the sales team to drive commercial discussions on deals.
- Responsible for excellence in commercial pricing, influencing, and managing stakeholders up to Director level.
- Deliver win-win commercial models ensuring customer needs are addressed, aligning with Radius's financial objectives, and managing risk.
What do we expect of you?
- Strong Commercial Modelling and Pricing experience, and articulation of value propositions to stakeholders across Radius.
- Great communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel skills - experience of building and maintaining detailed reports is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines, operating with a continuous improvement attitude.
- Show an impressive attitude and not only take full responsibility for your workload but also be enthusiastic to take on new challenges which will develop your own career.
- Understanding of all connectivity products.
