All the responsibilities we'll trust you with

  • You'll be working with the Trade Team Operations Manager, effectively lead and manage the Trade Team to build capability and high performance.
  • You'll communicate clearly and effectively with varying levels of management and external parties.
  • You'll set best practice standards and lead by example.
  • You'll take a lead role in recruitment of team members.
  • You'll produce and implement the Trade Team business plan through a strategic review and evaluation of present and future opportunities, threats and risks.

The areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

  • You'll work collaboratively with Divisional Managers, Project Teams, Pre-Construction and Business Development to win work.
  • You'll maintain a healthy pipeline and planned turnover.
  • You'll externally present and promote the Trade Teams division in a positive way.
  • You'll enhance company reputation and secure ongoing project opportunities.
  • You'll complete forecasting processes to determine the future commercial and operational needs are balanced against the targeted divisional turnover.
  • You'll manage Pipeline, PPQ and Tender opportunities to ensure they fit with the divisional plan.
  • You'll have experience Surveying on multiple projects of varying complexity and value
  • You'll have experience in pricing / wining work.
  • You'll have to have a detailed knowledge of high end residential contracting
