Requirements

We are recruiting for a Commercial Integration Delivery Manager to help deliver our strategic in-organic growth through M&A. You will be instrumental in helping to acquire and integrate high-performing businesses that complement our sales and growth strategy.

Your role is critical in supporting the integration of acquired businesses, working in close collaboration with our leaders in Sales, Service, Marketing and Strategy, to balance speed and efficiency in those businesses conforming to our processes and systems.

This position requires a project delivery mindset and a thorough understanding of how to integrate businesses in a way that not only aligns with the investment thesis, but also adds to the value creation plans to drive further growth.

The role will;

  • Build out playbooks and processes that can be scalable and amended based on the location and size of the acquired business.
  • Creation of detailed plans to encompass all integration tasks and activities
  • Be involved in the step by step integration activity
  • Involved in the later stages of due diligence
  • Work with cross functional teams to deliver the required data and information both from Commify and the acquired business
  • Working with the leader of the acquired business to help them change to our Sales, Service and Marketing models
  • Help deliver systems integrations
  • Travel to various locations around the world
