Come join our growing finance family at Monarch in Diss, Norfolk! We're excited to share a new opportunity for a Commercial FP&A Manager. In this role, you'll get the opportunity to:

• Offer valuable commercial, operational, and financial insights that will enhance decision-making processes.

• Provide detailed analytical reporting and trends to support our budgeting and forecasting initiatives. You will be responsible for entering financial budgets and stats into our centralised Essbase system.

• Perform operational, commercial, and financial analyses that will help our Leadership team achieve strategic objectives and drive improvements across the business. You'll be the analytical powerhouse of our company, providing insights that enable informed decisions.

• Work alongside our Leadership team to create BI dashboard reporting and turn those dashboards into practical tools. Your commitment to continuous improvement will help us deliver essential commercial, operational, and financial insights and KPIs.

Requirements

• Professional accountancy qualification
• Previous experience within an analytical role
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Excellent business analytics skills, including superior modelling skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong relationship building skills
• Resilience and the ability to constructively challenge the status quo with facts
• A commercial mindset, able to extract insight from complex data, ideally having worked in a similar environment
