Commercial Finance New Business Development Manager CT&I
As a New Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Business Development management within a Commercial Finance environment.
- Development of new CF manufacturer/distributor & dealer direct CF business opportunities for the UK;
- Required support of all GBU & country new business development efforts for potential global new business relationships in accordance with GBU, country business plans and corporate policies; and
- Development and implementation of business plan objectives and for the delivery of new business volume and CF portfolio profitability.
Whilst this role is not specific to any one channel, the incumbent will be expected to liaise with CF Management and other team members to support overall CF activities when required.

Day to day:
- Develop Country Plan: Develop and own the CF new business development plan aligned with overall CF strategy.
- Contribute to the UK strategy for CF to optimise new business development initiatives as a basis for realising the defined GBU commercial finance goals in an efficient and effective manner
- New Vendor/Dealer Acquisition: Initiate & develop prospective UK manufacturers/distributors and dealers.
- Manage and initiate professional proposals that are aligned with Country Sales Management, CF pricing strategy for the generation of profitable CF business.
- Provide an informed approach to new DLL opportunities ensuring a professional image is presented to prospective clients.
- Country Alignment: Take an active role in the promotion of the CF business within and in full alignment with the country management team.
- Attend country member meetings and events to maximise CF business opportunities from within the country group
- CF Vendor Programme Management: Take responsibility for the day to day relationship of all CF NBD vendors, distributors and dealers in the UK ensuring that all key matters are promptly handled.
- Meet each relationship periodically to review existing business, pricings, credit lines together with returns & additional opportunities.
- Take responsibility for all key dealer relationships to ensure continued loyalty to DLL.

Essentials:
- Previous experience of NBD within a Commercial/Wholesale finance environment
- Ability to travel extensively across the UK
- Result-oriented and customer focus, balancing business needs with internal policies and operational requirements
- Negotiation skills
- Strong New Business development capability
- English language verbal and written to a high level
