We are representing a highly regarded Commercial Disputes Resolution team with specialist expertise in domestic and international disputes, including international arbitration and high-value cross-border litigation across various sectors such as energy, construction, tech, corporate, and life sciences.

Their expertise covers a wide range of areas, dealing with high-value and complex disputes arising from: international arbitration, energy and waste, financial services, insurance (claimant and defendant), data protection, corporate and commercial litigation, major projects, professional negligence, contentious insolvency matters and reputational management

The Role:

Due to strong client demand and career progression of existing team members, there is now an exciting opportunity for a senior-level lawyer to join the team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, hardworking, and self-motivated lawyer who can demonstrate exceptional legal capability with strong attention to detail. The successful candidate should be eager to quickly immerse themselves in a varied and interesting caseload. You will be adaptable, organized, enthusiastic, and eager to learn, with commercial litigation and arbitration experience, along with an interest in business development. A good referral network or following would be advantageous depending on your seniority.
