The Role

Join Sofina Foods Europe as our new Out of Home Director, where you'll own and shape the strategic direction of our Out of Home (OOH) channel across the UK and ROI.

We already have a strong presence in the sector and have significant investment in expansion, this role is an opportunity for a results-driven, high-calibre executive to drive transformational change and unlock new opportunities in a highly competitive industry.

The Ideal Candidate

You're a proven commercial heavyweight with leadership experience in QSR, food service, FMCG or related sectors. You will have:

• Extensive leadership experience in a senior commercial role within the food services sector.
• A proven track record of delivering revenue growth, developing, and executing large-scale commercial strategies.
• Deep sector knowledge, with a strong understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and customer needs.
• Exceptional leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to build, develop, and inspire high-performing teams.
• A strategic and analytical mindset, capable of using data insights to drive commercial decision-making.
• Strong relationship management capabilities, with the ability to engage and negotiate at the highest levels.
• A results-driven, entrepreneurial approach, with the agility and resilience to drive change and navigate a competitive landscape.
