We are searching for an experienced Director of VOT for a 6 month contract to join our Programmable Media Business team, driving our Video, Optimisation and Transformation products.

Programmable Media (PM) is the family of products serving the needs of developers in building web and mobile visual experiences at scale. The product suite enables developers to programmatically upload, manage, manipulate, create, personalise, optimise and deliver media files in websites and applications at scale, thereby addressing the entire lifecycle of media assets across an extremely broad range of use cases and market segments. PM is the core of Cloudinary's offering with huge growth opportunities not only through the existing products but also in expansion with new products and into new market segments.

This role offers an exciting blend of strategic thinking and execution ownership of key initiatives in Cloudinary's largest product group, including initiatives to fully separate and support individual product sellability, reporting and focus.

Responsibilities:

• Further develop Transform-specific, scalable, GTM-focused strategies and execution plans to help meet the growth goals
• Lead cross-functional execution cadence and drive change across many Transformation and support the Optimisation initiatives essential to scale the business, ensuring critical KPIs, projects and initiatives are set, tracked and measured, including regular presentations to a mixed audience
• Work with other stakeholders in Product/R&D, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, etc to uncover additional areas to drive performance improvements and accelerate execution/ growth
• Work with the Pricing team and the MD to regularly evaluate all commercial aspects of Transform including (but not limited to) Pricing, Packaging, Commercial KPI setting and tracking
• Provide reporting and insights for the Transformation and Optimisation products from a business perspective
• Support the Video product initiative, as needed

About you:

• 10+ years experience with a mix of strategy and business operations in a technology company, with at least a portion of this time in a Saas software company
• Experience driving large and complex initiatives from framing the problem, conducting research/analysis to building the business and operational plans through to driving execution to success
• Strong leadership, analytical and financial skills to solve complex business problems
• Strong people skills - able to build, influence and lead cross-functional matrix teams
• Self-starter who enjoys working in a dynamic, collaborative, and innovative high-growth environment
• Non-political, get-it-done attitude and approach
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to navigate uncertainty, balancing different stakeholder priorities, taking decisions and moving cross-functional groups forward
