What you'll do

We're recruiting for a Commercial Contract Manager to join our UK Customers team at Vodafone UK. As a Commercial Contract Manager, you will support in life contracts for the one of our key public customers for Vodafone, ensuring governance, amendments to technical and commercial requirements, service levels, charges, and other contractual parameters are managed effectively to mitigate risk, and to grow account profitability.

Wider responsibilities will also include:

• Leading end to end contract negotiations including developing and managing contract variations and change control and other contract mechanisms.
• Drafting of schedules contained in supplier contracts and variations in collaboration with legal, privacy, commercial team, and account team.
• Working closely with a range of Key Stakeholders to manage bespoke product and services across strategic customers ensuring utilisation discounts and volume rebates.
• Prepare and lead internal or external commercial negotiations and attend supplier meetings.

Who you are

• Demonstrable experience of 'in-life' contract management, ideally within a regulated or public sector environment.
• Excellent procurement/contract negotiation skills to achieve best commercial outcome for Vodafone.
• Strong analytical and modelling skills, with the ability to simplify and structure complex commercial ideas.
• Proficient understanding of contract law, strategic sourcing, and supplier management.
• Robust understanding of business, with an aptitude for building sustainable relationships to drive increased business performance and best value outcomes.
• Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance preferred.
