Role purpose
The purpose of this role is to provide management and functional expertise to the team to achieve objectives and standards set through effective leadership and coaching. In addition, this role is responsible for the creation, accuracy, review and control of directly traded contracts in the inspection business in conjunction with Legal and Standards areas.
Further this role is responsible for the management of the supervision, control and contractual delivery of the supporting Allianz Inspection business supplier network in all aspects of compliance, service level and financial arrangements.
The role has responsibility for Credit management, supplier payments, invoice control and Management information on the financial and service performance of the business area account with strong focus on customer centricity and simplification. With the added responsibility to agree business plans and strategy (including financial and budgetary plans) for the Special Service business area with the account manager.
Additional sole responsibility for the supervision, analysis and reporting of inspection complaint, appeals and feedback data and reporting MI for the Inspection business up to governance committee and board, as well as controlling documentation.
Key responsibilities:
- Directly manages, leads, coaches and motivates the Contract management for all directly traded contracts and sets and monitors all performance reviews
- Responsible for the provision of contracted services to the Company's customers, contractual accuracy and delivery to ensure business results are met
- Responsible for setting pricing for the account in conjunction with business plan and overall market positioning with the account manager
- In charge of the ongoing development of contract management software applications, works closely with all front-end users and Marketing and Business Systems teams.
- Keeps up-to-date with regulatory and compliance requirements to effectively create, develop and enforce all processes relating to the appointment, monitoring and supervision, selection and deployment of contracted suppliers
- Collaborates with Compliance, Legal, Business Standards and Procurement as well as the wider business to ensure all processes are fit for purpose and adhered to in the Company's management of its suppliers.
- Responsibility for delivery of Complaints analysis and data
- Responsibility for management of supplier commercial agreements and propositions and MI for the Special Service account and Inspection account areas
- Budgetary authority within set limits for services and equipment.
- Responsibility for delivery of credit management service levels for the Special Service account and ensuring monies are correctly collected, invoices adjusted and invoiced for account
About you:
Technical skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of contracts management systems
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance/complaints process.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements of Inspection market and broker agreements.
- A team player that can build team spirit and motivate those within a team.
- Performance Management Information analysis
Qualifications
- Educated to A level standard or equivalent (including Maths and English GCSE at grade C or above).
Experience
- Demonstrable experience of team line management, leadership and coaching.
- Background in operational management .
- Experience in Pricing and Financial Accounting
- Prior experience in regulated and contracting environment is desirable.
