Job Title: Commercial Business Graduate
Salary: Starting from £28,000 plus Veolia benefits
Location: Kingswood, Cannock
Programme Duration: 2-year programme starting in September 2026
Hours: Monday - Friday 40 hours

Candidate shortlisting will take place on w/c 10th - 17th November and assessment days will take place between w/c 24th November - 1st December

Graduate Programme;

Our comprehensive Graduate Programme offers hands-on experience working on strategic projects while developing essential personal and professional skills. You'll receive expert training from Veolia's People Development team through monthly sessions at our Kingswood (Cannock) office (travel required), giving you the confidence and capabilities to thrive in your future career.

What you'll be doing;

• Support the Commercial Manager with a number of contracts, bids and processes
• Ensure that at all times the commercial interests of the delivery team are protected by learning all about commercial best practices
• Demonstrate awareness of and assist the site team to ensure that we comply with all HSEQ and statutory regulations
• Learn to draft, measure, value and agree sub-contracts
• Negotiate with contractors and subcontractors
• Provide timely and good quality management reports to the Head of Commercial and the senior leadership team
• Commercial support to other internal business departments
• Develop internal stakeholders' commercial awareness

What we're looking for;

• Degree-level qualification in Business Management or Environmental (to be achieved by September 2026)
• Willingness to travel to training locations and potentially (if in a rotational role) relocate for role requirements
• Commitment to continuous learning and development
• Excellent communication and written skills
• Drivers License or willingness to get one
• Willingness to travel
