As Commercial Analysis Manager, you will responsible for the following duties:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards to support commercial decision-making.
- Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure data quality and integrity in all reports and analyses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, sales, marketing, and operations, to gather and interpret data.
- Develop tools and reporting mechanisms to support business needs and enhance data-driven decision-making.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics to measure business performance.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.
- Conduct regular data quality audits to identify data inconsistencies, discrepancies, and inaccuracies, and take appropriate actions to resolve any issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data quality requirements and best practices
- Develop and maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and guidelines
- Provide training and support to colleagues on data analysis tools and best practices as required
As Commercial Analysis Manager we expect from you:
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry and hotel operations, with over 2 years of Revenue Management experience preferred.
- Proven experience in a commercial analysis or similar role within the luxury hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, Power Query, and other data visualization and reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and trends in data.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to expand knowledge through self-paced learning and independently improve skills and knowledge.
- Demonstrated ability to overcome obstacles and accomplish challenging objectives.
- Approaches work with a sense of urgency and purpose.
- Proven ability to handle large data sets and databases, presenting data using visualization, metrics, and reports to support data-driven decisions.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities, with experience in solving real-life business problems.
- Ability to take large volumes of complex information and present it clearly, concisely, and completely to facilitate executive decision-making.
- Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) is required.
