We're looking for a dynamic leader to drive sales, manage key accounts, and grow partnerships at Care first. You'll work closely with the Service Director to boost business performance, increase revenue, and retain key contracts.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the Account Management team to strengthen existing partnerships and secure renewals.
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
• Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with Priory colleagues to maximize growth potential.
• Provide strong leadership, embodying Priory's values and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Account Management: Lead the team to strengthen client relationships, secure contract renewals, and identify growth opportunities.
• Sales & Partnerships: Oversee new business development, ensure effective sales planning, and drive strategic partnerships.
• Industry Presence: Represent Care first at events, influence the EAP sector, and enhance our market profile.
• Financial Oversight: Manage revenue and costs, ensuring sales and renewal targets are met.
• Leadership & Team Management: Provide clear direction, support career growth, and oversee operational processes.
• Senior Leadership Role: Act as a key decision-maker, support the Service Director, and contribute to overall business success.
