With responsibility for driving change and delivering operational excellence.

Reporting to our Colleague Experience and Inclusion Lead and working collaboratively across the wider People team, you will define the steps required to be embed our Colleague Value Proposition (CVP) across the colleague lifecycle.

This role will focus on identifying key opportunities to enhance our colleague experience, ensuring our CVP principles are fully integrated and aligned with our ambition to move our culture from 'good to great'.

The role is a 12-month fixed term contract

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Proven experience in understanding candidate and colleague journeys, across diverse groups
  • Confident with data (quantitative and qualitative), applying critical thinking to identify insights, themes, trends, and actions from multiple sources
  • Strong ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds, varying personal styles and roles
  • Proven project management skills, having successfully led delivery of multi-faceted projects, with a variety of stakeholders, to agreed timelines and within budget
  • A natural curiosity to seek external perspectives and challenge our ways of working
  • Proven ability to produce high quality work at pace, including written material to a good standard and with a strong attention to detail
