Description
The regional Club Service Manager will be responsible for the overall management, co-ordination and effective implementation of the Club Development aspects of the Regional Development Plan.
The Club Services Manager will work with the Regional Partnership Manager to unite all relevant stakeholders in football to deliver on building the capacity and enhancing the quality of clubs by focusing on the development of the club structures and supporting the development of the volunteers working in all capacities in the game.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure the management and integration of local and regional club development initiatives across the Region.
• Support on an agreed national Football Development project.
• Manage projects to develop identified Scottish FA Focus Clubs.
• Manage and lead regionally the Scottish FA Club Accreditation Scheme.
• Coordinate regional club education, training & development programme.
• Support clubs' volunteers and the associated workforce.
• Manage the regional Football for All investment programme.
• Support the regional infrastructure and facilities projects.
• Ensure the integration of club development programmes across key partners and stakeholders.
• Manage and promote volunteer development initiatives across the Region with particular focus on attracting new and retaining volunteers into football.
• Promote, co-ordinate and deliver Scottish FA Coach Education and development courses for volunteers across the region, where appropriate.
• Identify education and development needs and support the co-ordination of a comprehensive Education and Training Programme for volunteers across the region.
• Manage designated budgets in accordance with the Regional Partnership Manager.
• Produce and manage a work programme integral to allocated projects and other work priorities, and report against this as agreed with your Regional Partnership Manager.
• Any other reasonable duties as directed by the Regional Partnership Manager.
