Hybrid working - Usually 2 days per week in the London office (with potential occasional travel to our other sites in Leeds & Manchester as required)

The team

The Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Programme has been established to transform the way ITV manages its contracting process, including contract drafting, workflow tracking, contract signature and storage. CLM is a transformation programme that aims to simplify the systems landscape by introducing a single new CLM tool, implementing new processes, and introducing new ways of working to future proof both ITV's Legal & Business (L&BA) Affairs team and the business as a whole.

The role

The Programme Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of the Contract Lifecycle Management Programme. This will include planning and delivering the Programme to the agreed timelines, quality and budget. The role will also include working closely with the Change & Training Lead to ensure change management is integrated seamlessly into the Programme Plan and lands well with both programme and business stakeholders.

Skills you'll need (minimum criteria)

• MUST have knowledge and experience of working with CLM or Legal Ops

• Accountable for delivering the Programme to a high quality, within the agreed timelines and budget

• Developing full programme plans and associated governance documentation e.g. Programme Initiation Document (PID), benefits tracking, RAIDD log and dependency mapping documents
• Managing the programme plan, benefits tracking and RAIDD log, working with other ITV transformation programmes to ensure cross programme dependencies are understood and managed
• Support defining programme scope, vision and key benefits in collaboration with senior programme management, vendors and stakeholders
• Input into workshop or 1:1 interview preparation, facilitation and write up
• Provide direction and support to the programme team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment
• Work closely with the change management team to ensure business change is incorporated into the programme plan and managed effectively
• Work seamlessly with and support the management of third parties e.g. technology vendors and consultancies
• Responsible for the tracking of key deliverables review and sign off, on time, to high quality
• Managing a complex, stakeholder environment, at all levels

Other things we're looking for (key criteria)

• Demonstrable experience in leading the development and execution of large complex, transformation programmes
• Maturity of skills and breadth of experience in programme management principles, methodologies and tools (e.g. Smartsheet, Jira, Google Suite)
• Excellent stakeholder management and conflict management skills
• The ability to navigate relationships at senior management level
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to facilitate workshops, present to and engage teams
• Experience in creating high quality deliverables with excellent attention to detail, experience with Google suite preferable
• Experience of designing and implementing change management interventions
• Experience in legal transformation and/or the media industry is highly beneficial
• Experience as a Management Consultant preferable
