We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled colleague to join us as we build on existing models of care and introduce new ways of working. Our transformation plans over the next 12 months and beyond include further integration work with primary care, local authority and the voluntary sector to deliver closer collaboration to provide planned and unplanned care models with a greater emphasis on population health and tackling inequalities.
The Clinical Service Manager will support the overall operational leadership and service delivery of the Children's and Young People's services in Barnet. We are looking for a manager with significant NHS operational management experience to support the development of these services with a focus on quality of care, clinical outcomes, efficient and effective processes, and staff wellbeing.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will need to have substantial experience working in community healthcare, demonstrable ability to lead and manage change, experience of staff and budget management, and excellent communication skills.
