- Doctorate level qualification in Clinical or Counselling Psychology or BABCP accredited CBT Therapist

- Substantial post qualification experience of working in community mental health settings
- Evidence of experience of service user involvement
- Evidence of working with clients with complex and co morbid mental health problems

- Experience of service evaluation and audit
Leadership and supervision

- Experience of project leadership
Working with Referrers and Stakeholders
