The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Clinical team. You will have the opportunity to develop your professional and clinical skills and make a real difference to our clinical customers, allowing them to stay in their own homes. As the Clinical Manager you will lead a nursing team to deliver the clinical initiatives across the business, ensuring clinical compliance is being delivered against regulatory requirements. Your role will be based across one of our regions and will involve travel.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work closely with functional leads, fostering strong, professional relationships with colleagues, customers, carers, and the broader team.
- Lead the nursing team in executing clinical interventions and delegated nursing tasks, offering expert guidance and support to Registered Managers handling complex care needs.
- Support Regional Care Directors by expanding clinical expertise, driving excellence in complex care delivery, and nurturing a quality-focused, growth-oriented clinical culture across the region.
- Assess the performance of complex care packages to ensure 100% regulatory compliance for all customers under CQC or CIW standards.
- Conduct clinical supervision sessions with regional clinical leads to encourage professional growth, reflection, and continuous learning.
Who you are:
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a flexible and collaborative team player, capable of working effectively both independently and with others to meet business needs. Energetic, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment where multitasking and prioritizing are essential.
Your strong communication skills will enable you to negotiate, influence, and implement change, while your proactive approach and creative problem-solving abilities will help you build and maintain effective internal and external relationships. You will be committed to delivering care with quality and fairness, challenging existing processes to find better solutions.
A thorough understanding of quality assurance methodologies and standards is essential, as is a passion for maintaining excellence in care delivery.
