CLINICAL DIRECTOR - Arundell Vets - South Yorkshire

Arundell Vets are looking for an experienced Clinical Director, to join the existing established team at their Practices in Doncaster. Are you looking for an opportunity to lead and develop a 7-vet practice?

We are looking for a self-motivated Clinical Director who can lead and drive the practice forward, to the next level, while helping the practice to continue delivering the highest level of care to our patients and clients. Motivated to bring out the best in the team, deliver support for personal growth and development.

Your role will involve clinical work, coaching and mentoring of colleagues, business strategy, planning and budgeting. Previous managerial work is not essential but would be a benefit. Support will be provided from the Practice Manager and Regional BDD, additional training and development is also available from the VetPartners Leadership scheme.

Arundell Vets are well established small animal vets with two sites. Our main site in Kirk Sandall, which opened in 2020 and received hospital status through the RCVS Practice Standards Scheme in 2024. Our branch practice was relocated in 2025, receiving a full refurbishment. Our out of hours cover is provided by Vets Now, who use our site when we are closed. This means our in patients receive full continuity of care:

• Equipped to cater for a wide range of surgeries including cruciate and patella surgery and laparoscopic surgery.
• A wide range of diagnostic equipment including digital imaging, Imagyst, ultrasound, dental radiography, endoscopy and I-STAT
• We are flexible with days worked and are open to discussion about what would suit you, it's important to us to find the right person for the job and facilitate a balance between home and work life, so please get in touch if you're looking for hours to suit your needs.

Arundell Veterinary Care is a small animal practice located in Doncaster, with good motorway and rail links - just 1hr40 from London, with York, Sheffield and Nottingham, close by.
