To provide specialist clinical support to key customers/clinicians which provide the best possible solutions for patient care. To promote a range of products for Acute Care Therapies, manufactured and marketed by Getinge Group, Acute Care Therapies division. To champion and drive forward the growth of the business within the designated territory, by developing relationships with key influencers. To provide specialist sales support to key customers/clinicians who in turn provide the best possible solutions for patient care. To promote the range of ACT products manufactured and marketed by Getinge.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities will include:
• To design and implement action plans which will positively affect revenue growth and profitability
• Meet sales targets / establish opportunities and develop strategies to maximize opportunities
• Experience or ability to conduct your duties within a theatre and critical care environment, maintaining the highest level of professionalism
• Meet sales targets / establish opportunities and develop strategies to maximize opportunities
• Provide sales support to customers on a daily basis with therapy selling, education, evaluations and follow up visits
• Implementation of all key educational programs and tools
• Assist regulatory and marketing, with implementation of needed action items
• Plan clinical support activity to effect growth and maintain the safe and effective use of products.
• Provide regular updates and proper intelligence on all activities to Sales Manager
• Provide clinical support to Acute Care Therapies customers on a daily basis with training, education, evaluations and follow up visits.
• Plan clinical support activity to effect growth and maintain the safe and effective use of products.
• Create and update all training documentation for Getinge UKI customers.
• Seek new opportunities within accounts whilst training.
• Preparation and execution of customer training workshops.
• Support promotional activity as directed by sales management.
• Train and educate throughout the whole sales cycle, address clinical questions and issues.
• Responsible for timely completion of administrative tasks and projects.
• It is essential to have excellent written and spoken English.
• UKI Requirements: Eligibility to work in the Ireland (essential).
• Driving Licence: Required to hold a valid driver's license, preferably a clean license but no more than a maximum of 3 penalty points
• Travel: Ability to travel within the UKI and abroad with overnight stays as and when required.
• IT skills with experience in the use of MS Office Software and Web Internet based communication - essential.
• It is essential to have excellent written and spoken English.
• UKI Requirements: Eligibility to work in Ireland (essential).

Your Knowledge and Experience includes:

Are you from a clinical/sales background with commercial awareness and understanding

Work Experience:
• Previous work experience in a clinical environment - desirable
• Previous sales experience in the Cardiac environment - essential
• Strong technical and clinical background within Cardiac - essential
• Previous experience of the commercial sector in the medical equipment arena - essential
• Knowledge of KOL's across all accounts and hospital departments within the territory area - desirable.
• Previous work experience in a clinical environment - desirable

Skills & Ability:
• Excellent understanding of the NHS procurement processes and tendering - essential.
• Presentation skills - essential
• Delivery of training / coaching programs - essential
• Strong organisational skills - essential
• Presentation skills - essential

To help meet our goals of becoming CO2 neutral by 2025, we travel only if we must. In this role, you will be required to travel up to 50% to visit customers, other offices, and to support the sales process domestically and internationally.
