Location: Luton

Salary: From £35,000 per annum plus benefits

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm (35 hours per week)

Your Role, Your Impact

As a Client Transition Project Manager, you will lead the Client Transition team, overseeing efficient offboarding of developments from the FirstPort portfolio. Designing and implementing processes with clear accountability to ensure deadlines are met to prevent complaint escalations..

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offboarding Management & Compliance: Oversee offboarding of lost developments, ensuring compliance and flagging risks.
  • Progress Tracking & Risk Mitigation: Monitor 'demobilisations,' assign ownership, and create mitigation plans to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Stakeholder Relationship & Business Retention: Prioritise key relationships with clients to secure future business and manage project instructions effectively.
  • Creatio Development & Project Management: Lead the design, planning, and implementation of Creatio for project management purposes.
  • Continuous Improvement & Risk Reduction: Review and improve offboarding processes across teams, address escalated complaints, and minimise exposure to risks.
  • As an experienced manager you will have up to 4 direct reports including Client Transition Administrators and Client Transition Manager - Finance

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • You will be a highly organized professional, who having worked in the residential property management industry, understands the requirements for handing over management of developments.
  • Possessing project management experience, you will be able to review current processes, make recommendations for improvements and successfully lead the implementation and adoption.
  • You will be a confident communicator who is able to build relationships and influence stakeholders to find creative solutions to challenges.
