Client Success Manager

We're currently recruiting a Client Success Managerto join our newly formed Client Services team, based in either our Nottinghamor Dublin office.
This new function plays a key role in strengthening relationships with our partners. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining close working relationships with clients and underwriters-gaining a clear understanding of operational challenges and coordinating across internal teams to identify and implement effective solutions.
To succeed, you'll bring:
- Experience in a similar role within financial services, ideally involving third-party relationship management
- A structured, project-management-driven approach to resolving operational issues
- The confidence to collaborate, influence, and negotiate at all levels of the organisation
- Strong resilience and the ability to coach and guide others
- Knowledge of delegated authority practices (advantageous but not essential)
