Client Services Director - RPO Provider
c£85,000 + good bonus/benefits
South East (flexible base location - WFH/Hybrid pattern)

Newly-created CSD opportunity due to growth, within a well-respected RPO provider. In this pivotal role, you'll maintain fruitful relationships with c-level client stakeholders. You'll manage the overall service delivery into a large scale client and you'll continuously look for ways to increase 'footprint'.

This RPO firm works primarily with professional services customers and have enduring relationships through their commitment to a world-class customer experience. They're seeking a proven RPO professional, who can smoothly and calmly manage an operation of scale; via geographically distributed talent acquisition teams.

This is a demanding but rewarding operation. Whilst your priority will be top level service, you will also be 'unafraid to sell' as part of this role. There will be lots of opportunities to secure incremental wins and to expand business lines. (Therefore a key component to this position will be identifying these opportunities and assisting in converting them).
