Join Stream AMG as our Client Services Director, where your skills will be the driving force behind our success. As a pivotal member of our team, you'll engage with top-tier rights holders and organisations in the sports realm, where expectations are high and challenges are ripe for the taking.

Your primary mission? To craft and execute impeccable strategic client service plans that not only meet but exceed client expectations. This isn't just about managing relationships; it's about showcasing your prowess in building lasting connections and delivering results that resonate on a global scale.

You'll also be the linchpin in our collaborative efforts, working hand-in-hand with internal stakeholders to ensure our strategic visions come to life with precision and efficiency. As the guardian of our customer portfolio, you'll oversee our customer success function, ensuring every interaction is a step towards positive revenue growth and enhanced business efficiency.

Key Accountabilities.

  • Lead a client services team supporting over 50 sports rights holders, rights owners and clubs
  • Directly manage named key customer accounts, building and maintaining close relationships to help both customer and StreamAMG benefit from long term partnerships
  • Directly manage named strategic partners and agencies with whom StreamAMG collaborate, ensuring our continued role in the fast-evolving sports media and OTT ecosystem
  • Strategically support and advise customers in the world of digital, media rights and monetisation and ensure they are supported with StreamAMG's products and services to meet their business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and Stream AMGs Senior Leadership Team to create, develop and implement strategic plans to drive client service excellence
  • Lead and inspire a team of customer success professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration and innovation
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and, competitor activities and market dynamics to identify opportunities for business growth and driving business efficiency
  • Work closely with CEO, Head of Sales and Director of Product to support new business development and ensure products and services match customer needs, now and in the future.

Who you are.

To be successful in this role you'll need experience in digital and / or sport, providing digital, technical and/or SaaS solutions to enhance and maintain customer accounts (can be on customer or supply side).

You will also need

  • Experience of driving strategic change and success across fast-growing businesses
  • Able to oversee complex issues, including escalation response to incidents and incident resolution handling with high-profile clients
  • Existing understanding of the sports OTT market, platforms, technology and live delivery, or aptitude to grasp this quickly.
  • Ability to build, influence and maintain strong external relationships and represent the company externally
  • Strong industry networks across sport and technology
