Are you looking to grow your client service experience? The CSAM is the client's champion and is empowered to identify process improvements, opportunities for growth and has full responsibility for delivering regular "Service Reviews" with clients either in person or remotely.

As a Client Service Account Manager - Team Lead - VP in Payments you will maintain and enhance best in class Client Service to our designated portfolio of top tier Treasury Services Clients, promoting 100% Client satisfaction by interacting with the Client on service & operating issues and opportunities.

Job responsibilities

  • Sets clear team goals and oversees day-to-day by communicating objectives and setting deadlines
  • Creates a positive team environment with an open communication culture to motivate and achieve by recognizing high performance and rewarding accomplishment
  • Identifies training needs and provides coaching while encouraging creativity within the team
  • Develops, maintains and broadens partnerships with Clients and becomes their trusted advisor, clearly understands their business in order to predict their needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Identifies and escalates any potential risk associated with Client activities and ensures to record all Client interactions (e.g. calls, meetings, issues, proactive communications)
  • Assists in developing and executing strategic Client plans as well as promotes use of self-service tools to reduce number of Client enquiries
  • Analyses payment and associated activities in order to identify efficiencies and cross sell opportunities
  • Identifies opportunities for product development and enhancement
  • Develops internal partnerships (e.g. Sales, Operations, Product) and promotes sharing of experience and best practice across the Service team
  • Travels to clients when required

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure whilst maintaining a professional manner
  • Dual-ability to work effectively as both a team player and alone
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities whilst meeting deadlines
  • Ability to develop and mobilize internal networks and resources
  • Ability to effectively use and manage multiple systems
