The Role
As Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of clients, acting as a key point of contact for non-legal and administrative matters. Working closely with internal stakeholders and senior leadership, you will focus on delivering a high standard of client service, strengthening long-term relationships and identifying opportunities to support portfolio growth and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of service, responsiveness and client satisfaction
- Act as a key point of contact for non-legal and administrative client matters, including compliance support, billing queries and portal assistance
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients through proactive communication and excellent client care
- Support compliance with internal KYC/CDD processes, statutory requirements and accounts receivable management across the client portfolio
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities for portfolio growth and cross-selling of services
- Support the coordination and distribution of marketing materials and client communications
- Collaborate with internal marketing and business teams on client engagement initiatives and events
- Contribute to wider business projects and operational initiatives as required
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience within a relationship management, client services, business development or professional services environment
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with confidence interacting with clients and senior professionals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Commercially aware, with a good understanding of professional services and client relationship management
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset, with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
- Highly trustworthy and capable of handling confidential information with discretion
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong digital proficiency across Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
