We are looking for a dedicated and personable Client Relationship Manager to join our veterinary practice and be the primary point of contact for our valued clients.
Your Future Career
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be the face of the practice, ensuring every client receives a warm welcome and exceptional service. As the main point of contact for clients, you will provide friendly, professional service while managing communication via phone, email, and in-person interactions to address inquiries and concerns. Your role will involve assisting vets during consultations by guiding clients through treatment plans, obtaining consent forms, answering questions, and discussing insurance and payment options.
You'll also be responsible for welcoming clients, engaging with them, and ensuring a positive experience. You will oversee debt management, ensuring payments are followed up with the support of the Client Care team. In addition, you'll manage social media and marketing efforts and handle some finance tasks such as banking. You'll work closely with vets and nurses, providing updates to patient owners, and fostering a seamless experience for both clients and their pets while supporting preventive care, health plans, and other services.

Conveniently located at Orbital Industry Park, just off junction 4 of the M621 and only 1.3 miles from Leeds train station, our state-of-the-art, purpose-built facility features two fully equipped operating theatres, a CT scanner, digital radiography, arthroscopy, ultrasound, multiparameter monitoring equipment, separate dog and cat wards, and an in-house laboratory.
Our skilled team, comprised of 4 Surgeons, 2 Residents, 3 Surgical Interns, 15 RVNs, 5 ACAs, and 8 support staff, is committed to fostering a compassionate and supportive environment for both our patients and their owners. As a well-established practice, we place a strong emphasis on continuous learning and professional growth.
We also offer a unique Surgical Complications Guarantee, covering any complications arising within six months of surgery, along with fixed-price packages for all procedures.
The Skills You'll Bring
You will have previous experience in a client-facing role, with strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with both clients and the veterinary team. Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks, along with a genuine passion for animals and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. You will also need the ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
Working pattern
This is a full-time position, offering 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with standard working hours from 8:00am to 4:00pm and a 30-minute lunch break. While there are no weekend or on-call duties, flexibility will be required to meet the needs of the business.
