Client Relationship Manager

As a member of our Client Services team, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients receive exceptional service. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be assigned specific accounts within the North East of England and Scotland which you will be responsible for.

You should be a natural 'people-person' capable of quickly and naturally forging excellent relationships, with strong organisation and communication skills.

You will ensure that new clients get a warm welcome, and then continue to give them the full DigiTickets treatment throughout their journey. You will work closely with the rest of the Client Services Team to ensure your clients have an exceptional experience.

DigiTickets is based in Exeter, Devon, however, many of our team work remotely and are based all around the UK. The Client Relationship Manager role involves travelling to visit clients, which means regular time away from home should be expected. Whilst the Client Relationship Manager role is home-based to facilitate travel, we do hold regular team meetings in our Exeter HQ and in other locations in the UK, we would also welcome you to spend your first week in Exeter getting to know the business and your new role.

Responsibilities:

The role will be varied and challenging, responsibilities include:

- Proactively looking after our clients, working with clients to build a strong and professional relationship.

- A good understanding of the commercial elements of running an attraction is an advantage

- Visiting prospective clients to gain an understanding of their needs, identify whether DigiTickets is the right fit, then demonstrate the DigiTickets product.

- Deliver training to new clients.

- Working alongside our Onboarding team to assist with the go-live process.

- Regularly visit our clients to look after their ongoing needs, report on new features, and best practices and act as an efficient link between the clients and the office-based team.

  • Experience working with B2B clients, conducting meetings and providing detailed follow-ups
  • Experience within the Attractions or Leisure and Tourism sector
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • The ability to understand online-based systems, although full training will be provided, some experience in using CRM systems is a benefit
  • Experience in managing a regional client base, planning meetings and travel arrangements
  • Full clean driving licence
  • You'll be based in the North East of England - this is a work from home role, although there will be regular team meetings
