Why you'll want this role
This is a role where you'll influence strategy, build strong partnerships and bring together experts from across the business to deliver meaningful impact.
The Client Partner will play a key role in shaping the future of some of the world's most recognisable brands. You'll join OneMars, Publicis Groupe's dedicated team for Mars, and help lead the growing Kellanova portfolio across Europe and Central Eurasia.
This is more than a client leadership role. You'll work across brands including Pringles, Cheez-It and Kellogg's Cereals, helping shape how one of Publicis Groupe's most important client partnerships grows. You'll have real ownership, regional influence and the opportunity to lead both people and change.
Responsibilities
What will you be doing?
- Lead the Kellanova portfolio across 17 markets, ensuring teams are aligned and delivering great work.
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as their key regional partner.
- Shape strategic plans alongside specialist teams to support brand and business growth.
- Connect capabilities, agencies and partners to create joined-up solutions across the region.
- Lead and develop a talented team while helping shape wider OneMars initiatives.
Qualifications
What are we looking for?
- Experience managing senior client relationships within media, marketing or agency environments.
- A track record of leading complex projects across multiple stakeholders or markets.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to bring people together around shared goals.
- Experience developing and supporting high-performing teams.
- Commercial awareness, curiosity and a collaborative mindset.
