Location: Belfast with wider UK travel

Your role will involve

With an annualised revenue of £60million and a strong order backlog Northern Ireland is a key territory within the UK Public Sector business. Today we have a diverse portfolio that is thriving and growing, and a future evolving business focused on strategic growth. We are currently the number one technology supplier to the Northern Ireland Executive. This strategically important role will continue to grow the Northern Ireland business whilst also being the face of Fujitsu into our customers, you will own the direct relationship whilst also being accountable for the strategic direction and end-to-end delivery of all the services across the portfolio.

Your transferable skills and experience

  • You will already have some trusted and senior relationships in place within CXO within the Public Sector and be keen to develop and own Fujitsu's Executive relationship across this key portfolio. You have, and will continue to develop, a strong influence and coaching network within the customer and relevant partners. Engage with key stakeholders to secure their sponsorship to deliver agreed successful outcomes.
  • You can evidence how you have proactively been responsible for helping customers find value in leveraging digital services to deliver strategic business outcomes.
  • YouIdentify and implement innovative solutions to increase customer value & intimacy which also deliver ROI and agreed successful customer outcomes.
  • You are an experienced leader who leads by example and motivates and develops teams to build and enhance capability, performance & most importantly, customer relevance.
  • You will have a respected point of view and be able to represent Fujitsu as an informed industry / sector / government leader and have the ability to source and attract other market leading innovators to catalyze and amplify your strategic plans.
  • You will evidence working closely with delivery teams in previous roles and how you have delivered contractual obligations with increasing levels of customersatisfaction. You will also have a strong record of proactive management of contractual opportunities and risks - ensuring early resolution is paramount.
